2、:HebeiUniversityDateofOralExamination:May,2013摘要摘要在Internet飞速发展的今天，网络已经应用到人们生活的各个方面，它成为人们快速获取、发布和传递信息的重要渠道，因此网站建设在Internet应用中的体现日益突出，它已经成为科研、教学信息化建设的重要组成部分，因此倍受重视｡这次我所设计的课题正是互联网与科研应用之间紧密关系的体现。通过茶叶甄别系统用户可以进行茶叶红外光谱对比从而甄别出茶叶的发酵度、普洱真假及五种具有代表性的茶叶单品；开发人员可以以系统的开

3、发功能为工具进行深入研究，从而得到新的特征基和判别器，完善系统；管理员能有效的控制用户的使用权限，同时全面收集系统使用者的相关数据和信息｡本文采用C#.NET和MATLAB混合编程的方法，围绕ASP.NET、MATLAB和SQLServe2008技术以及茶叶甄别系统开发中的体系架构、开发方式等问题进行研究和开发，最终实现了一个基于B/S结构的茶叶甄别系统。具体做了以下几项工作：1、结合红外光谱的特征基理论及其在茶叶识别中的应用，对建立茶叶甄别系统展开简要分析，并论证了建立茶叶甄别系统建设的必要性和可行性。
