2、0362.安徽农业大学资源与环境学院，合肥230036；3.安徽省农产品安全重点实验室，合肥230036)摘要：茶树精油经济价值颇高，且对储粮害虫具有显著的熏蒸作用效果。为了给茶树精油开发利用的安全性提供理论依据，分别选取无特定病原体(SPF)健康大鼠、家兔和豚鼠，测定经口、经皮、皮肤刺激以及眼刺激等试验。在试验条件下，茶树精油对SD大鼠急性经口、经皮毒性属于低毒性，急性吸入属于微毒性；对家兔眼属轻度至中度刺激性，但冲洗4s无刺激性；对豚鼠有一定的致敏。结果显示，茶树精油因其良好的安全性可作为储粮害虫熏蒸剂生产使用。关键词：茶树精油；储粮害虫

6、machandskintoxicityexperiments,slightlyinhalationtoxictorats,andmildtomoderateirritationforskinandeyeinrabbits,butnoirritationwith4swashing.Theskinhypersensitivityreactionshowedobviouserythemaandedemainducedbyteatreeoilandpositivecontrol,indicatingstrongsensitizingeffect.In
