1、MicrocapsulesofSnowmeltAgentandMeltingSnowFogSealResearchADissertationSubmittedfortheDegreeofMasterCandidate:ChangRongSupervisor:Prof.HanSenChang’anUniversity,Xi’an,China摘要微胶囊融雪剂及融雪雾封层是一种沥青路面预防性养护乳液,通过降低冰点来达到冬季去除道路冰雪的目的。微胶囊融雪雾封层是将加入融雪盐的乳化沥青喷洒在道路表面形成封层,能有效降低冰
2、点,抑制冻结。但乳化沥青在加入大量盐的作用下极易产生破乳的现象,使得喷洒作业及喷洒后路面的维护工作无法进行。本研究使用高分子物质包裹盐,形成胶囊结构来保护乳化的作用。微胶囊融雪雾封层是结合传统融雪剂及养护封层的优点新发展起来的一种预防性养护措施。本文详细阐述和分析了微胶囊融雪剂的构成及组分,通过实验进行了乳化剂、添加剂、胶囊盐乳液等基材的筛选。试验研究了微胶囊融雪剂的生产工艺、降低冰点效果和抵抗反复冻融的性能,提出并实现各种性能要求并制定满足融雪性能要求的配伍设计。研究表明,微胶囊融雪剂的好坏关键在于乳化沥青的
