1、l.工程概况及工程量Projectprofileandquantity1.1、工程概况Projectprofile本工程为上海锅炉厂生产的660MW超临界变压运行直流锅炉,一次中间再热、单炉膛、平衡通风、露天布置、固态排渣、全钢结构、全悬吊∏型结构,蒸汽压力为27MPa,温度为570℃。锅炉17m层为运转层。Theprojectisaboutsupercriticalvariablepressurerunninga-throughboilerof660MWmadeinShanghaiBoilerWorks,whichisareheat,singlefurnace,balance
2、ventilation,openarrangement,solidstateslag-tap,wholesuspensionstructure,steampressureof27MPa,temperatureof570℃andoperationfloorlocatedin17mlevel..1.2水压试验范围Hydro-testrange本次水压包括一次汽系统及连接管道、二次汽系统及连接管道、锅炉本体范围内一次门以内的承压管道。具体如下:HydraulicPressureincludesfirststeamsystemanditsconnectionpipeline,secon
3、darysteamsystemanditsconnectionpipeline,andabearingpipeinnergate1withinthelimitofboilerproper.Asfollowings:1.2.1一次汽系统包括:Firststeamsystemincluding:省煤器(从高压给水阀经给水管道到省煤器入口联箱,省煤器、省煤器出口联箱),水冷系统(水冷壁前后左右墙下集箱、螺旋段水冷壁、水冷壁前后左右墙中间集箱、垂直段水冷壁、水冷壁前后左右墙出口集箱),启动分离器、过热器系统(顶棚过热器、包墙过热器、低温过热器、屏式过热器、末级过热器),以上各系统之间联
