1、第12卷第3期铁道科学与工程学报Volume12Number32015年6月JournalofRailwayScienceandEngineeringJune2015水泥砂浆桩无侧限抗压强度试验研究①122隋瑞凌,阮波,李雪松(1.中铁二十五局集团第二工程有限公司,湖南衡阳421002;2.中南大学土木工程学院,湖南长沙410075)摘要:通过水泥砂浆桩无侧限抗压强度室内配比试验,研究不同水泥掺入比、不同掺砂量及不同龄期条件下水泥砂浆桩的无侧限抗压强度发展规律。试验研究表明:水泥土中掺入一定量的砂,可以明显地提高水泥砂浆桩的无侧限抗压强度。水泥掺入比相
2、同时,28d龄期的水泥砂浆桩的无侧限抗压强度为水泥土的2.2~3.7倍;水泥砂浆桩的无侧限抗压强度随着掺砂量的增加而增大,当掺砂量达到30%以后,强度随着掺砂量的增大而减小。水泥砂浆桩无侧限抗压强度随着水泥掺入比的增大而增大,随着养护龄期的增长而增大,其中前期的强度增长速率较快,后期较慢。水泥掺入比低、掺砂量低、龄期短的试件试件呈现塑性破坏,水泥掺入比高、掺砂量高、龄期长的呈现脆性破坏。本文的研究成果可为工程应用提供试验数据和理论依据。关键词:水泥砂浆桩;无侧限抗压强度;水泥掺入比;掺砂量;龄期;破坏模式中图分类号:TU411.7文献标志码:A文章编号
