1、第41卷第2期煤炭科学技术Vol?41No?22013年2月CoalScienceandTechnologyFeb.2013我国西北矿区井筒地面预注浆施工技术研究1ꎬ21ꎬ21ꎬ2陈振国ꎬ王志晓ꎬ宋雪飞(1.天地科技建井研究院ꎬ北京100013ꎻ2.北京中煤矿山工程有限公司ꎬ北京100013)摘要:为解决我国西北矿区井筒地面预注浆施工难度大的问题ꎬ通过理论分析和现场试验的方法对红二煤矿副井地面预注浆技术进行研究ꎬ在井筒开凿前上部表土段采用冻结法施工ꎬ下部基岩段采用地面预注浆技术进行堵水ꎬ并采用直型钻孔和S型
2、钻孔相结合的施工方法ꎬ实现了注浆、冻结、永久井架竖立的“三同时”平行作业ꎮ结果表明:岩帽段注浆终压值均大于1?5倍的同层位静水压力值ꎬ基3岩注浆段各孔各注浆段注浆终压均超过2倍的静水压力值ꎬ全井筒平均注入量为53?9m/mꎬ注浆总333量19227mꎬ超出设计注浆量3606mꎬ压水试验测得井筒注浆段剩余涌水量为2?3m/hꎬ施工总工期比设计工期提前58dꎬ地面预注浆既保证了工程质量ꎬ又缩短了施工工期ꎮ关键词:地面预注浆ꎻ黏土水泥浆ꎻ特殊凿井ꎻ注浆压力ꎻ注浆量ꎻ平行作业中图分类号:TD262文献标志码:A文章
