1、摘要摘要管巢蛛属Clubiona是管巢蛛科Clubionidae中种类最多的属。目前全世界管巢蛛科包括15属586种,仅管巢蛛1属就达472种(Worldspidercatalog,2015);中国管巢蛛科已知4属108种,其中管巢蛛属105种(Li&Wang,2015)。本研究基于中国管巢蛛属内各种组具有代表性的种类,结合形态学和分子系统学的方法,对其进行了较详细的分类研究。本研究形态学部分对中国管巢蛛属各种组及其部分种类进行了分类学研究,内容包括:标本的采集、鉴定、保存;各种组特征的描述,种组级检索表的编制;已知种的名录;新分类单元的照相、测量、绘图和
2、描述。本研究共涉及中国管巢蛛属11种组51种,包括7新种和2雄性新发现。7新种:双尖管巢蛛Clubionabicuspidatasp.nov.,花蕊管巢蛛C.calycinasp.nov.,近臼齿管巢蛛C.submoralissp.nov.,拇指管巢蛛C.pollicarissp.nov.,峨眉管巢蛛C.emeiensissp.nov.,贡山管巢蛛C.gongshanensissp.nov.,近岛屿管巢蛛C.subinsulanasp.nov.;2雄性新发现:克氏管巢蛛C.kropfiZhang,Zhu&Song,2003,齐云管巢蛛C.qiyunensi
3、sXu,Yang&Song,2003。本研究分子系统学部分根据目前形态分类学的分类系统,在中国管巢蛛属各种组(日本管巢蛛组除外)中选取了26种代表种,提取、扩增、测序109条COI序列,并构建贝叶斯系统发育树(BI),结果表明:1)同种不同个体能很好的聚为单系,单系成功率100%;2)除囊管巢蛛组外,其他种类多于1种的种组均不能聚为单系。因此,初步判断,COI序列可以作为中国管巢蛛属的DNA条形码,但不适合用于分析管巢蛛属内种组级的系统发育关系。关键词:管巢蛛属,种组,分类学,分子系统学,细胞色素C氧化酶亚基I基因iAbstractAbstractClub
