2、lyprominent.Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,theuseofinformationtechnologytoenhancenetworkoutsourcingprocesshasbecomeanimportanttrend.Thispaperconstructedsomeresearchandexplorationonreal-timequalitymanagementmethodandsystemfornetworkoutsourcingprocess,wh
3、ichisreferencedbytheexistingresearchresultsandcombinedwiththebasicprincipleandthoughtofthemanufacturingexecutionsystem(ManufacturingExecutionSystem,MES).Firstofall,therealizationofareal-timequalitymanagementideawasputforwardbasedontheanalysisofthecharacteristicsandreq
4、uirementsfornetworkoutsourcingprocess,whichincludesareal-timequalitymanagementsystemfornetworkedoutsourcingprocess,ainteractivequalityinformationterminalfornetworkoutsourcingprocessandaqualitytestingequipmentwhichwascontrolledbytheterminal.Thispaperconstructedareal-ti
5、mequalitymanagementsystembasedontheidea.Inaddition,thearchitecture,functionstructureandcontrolprocessofthesystemweresetup.Secondly,basedontheaboveresearchofsystemstructureandcontrolprocess,thegeneraltechnicalframeworkofthereal-timequalitymanagementsystemforthenetworko
6、utsourcingprocesswasbuilt.Andsomeofthekeytechnologieswerestudied,includingthetechnologyofequipmentcontrolanddataacquisitionbasedonconfigurationsoftwareandtheearlywarningbasedonGA-BPneuralnetworksforpurchasingcomponentquality.Finally,basedontheaboveresearchresults,comb
