1、ABSTRACTTheresearchaimedatthecampuscateringwastewater.Firststartedwiththeinvestigationofwaterquality,thenAOprocesscombinedwithtubularmembraneMBR(TMBR)wasadoptedtotreatingcateringwastewaterreferringtothewaterqualityreports.Domestictubularmembraneusedfortreatingc
2、ateringwastewaterwasrarelyreported,membranemadeofPVDFwaschosenasthetubularmembrane.Treatmenteffectswerebeingcheckedinthestudy.HydraulicRetentionTime(HRT),SludgeRetentionTime(SRT),sludgeconcentrationandquantityofrefluxdecidedtreatmenteffects.ThepropervaluesofHRT
3、,SRT,sludgeconcentrationandquantityofrefluxwerethekeypointstomaketheeffluentqualitymatchthenationstandard.Fromtheangleofcontrollingmembranefoulingandthestudyontheoptimizationofaerationparameters,numericalmodelexperimentsimulationandfilterexperimentwerecombinedi
4、nhelpingstudyingtheflowfieldintheverticaltubularmembraneandtheoptimizedaerationmode.Firstly,theoilinthecateringsewagewastrappedandthewastewaterwascoagulated.Theironseriesofcoagulantsandaluminumseriescoagulatingagentinpreprocessingtheoriginalwaterwasinvestigated
5、,whenthealuminumchloridedosageis60mg/L,theeffluentqualityisthebest.Differentworkingconditionsweredesignedreferringtotheimportantfactorsthattookpartintheactivatedsludgetreatmentmethods.ThestudyshowedthatwhentheHRTremainedat10hours,sludgeconcentrationremainedat89
6、/L,effluxratiostayedat300%,thequalityofeffluentisCOD--<50mg/L,TN≤13mg/L,NH3·N一<5mg/L,Oil<一lmg/L,LAS<一0.5mg/L,theturbidityis0.6NTU.It’SbetterthanthedatasofgreenwaterstandardintheGB/T18920-20027、uswaterconsumption>.WhentheMBRwasoperatingnormally,thespeedofmembranefoulingcanbecontrolledwellbyphysicalbrushandofflinechemicalclean,whichcanmeettheneedofpracticalapplication.Secondly,theaerationformandaerationwerestudiedandtheresukshowedthattheguideplatecould8、offermembranechannelgreatervelocityandshearforceprovide.Thevelocnwasreducedby56.62%.Comparingthedifferentamountoftheaeratlon,forthi8№doftubularmembranewith7channels,theexpos
