2、法,选取尿素水溶液吸收率对质量分−1数的变化率为0的波数位置(6613.25cm),研制单波长半导体激光吸收光谱(DLAS)尿素水溶液液膜厚度测量系统。通过溶液液膜厚度可调(0~1mm)的标准具对该方法测量精度进行验证。利用研制的单波长DLAS液膜测量系统对常温下水平透明石英玻璃板上的尿素水溶液液膜蒸发过程进行研究。研究结果表明:尿素水溶液液膜厚度测量平均相对误差约为1.50%,3次重复性实验厚度标准偏差小于24.68μm。在液膜蒸发初期,液膜厚度随时间的变化率很大;在蒸发阶段中期,液膜蒸发速率趋于稳定;但在蒸
