1、输入接口电路的工作频率,提高输出电路的耐压,增大输出电流,因此对输入输出接口电路的研究具有重要的意义。本文首先综述了PDP驱动芯片的发展现状,阐述了RSDS接口电路的工作原理,在此基础上,设计了一种PDP驱动芯片用RSDS接口电路。然后分别设计了PDP歹U驱动芯片和行驱动芯片的高压输出接口电路,详细研究了输出接口电路中的高低压转换电路、低压驱动电路、低压延时电路等,充分考虑了输出接口电路的驱动能力问题。论文搭建了PDP驱动芯片的测试系统,输入接口电路的输入信号为±200mY的RSDS信号,测试结果显示输出波形为3.3V的低压CMOS信号,说明输入接口电路实现了从RSD
2、S信号到低压CMOS信号之间的转换功能。PDP列驱动芯片和行驱动芯片输出接口电路逐行扫描测试显示输出高压上管和下管的电流能力分别为24mA、30mA和315mA、321mA,达到了预期的设计目标。通过对PDP驱动芯片接口电路的研究,提高了PDP驱动芯片的性能和可靠性,提高了PDP驱动芯片的市场竞争力。关键词:PDP驱动芯片,RSDS接口电路,高低压转换电路,低压延时驱动电路ABSTRACTAsoneofthemostadvancedcandidatesforlargescaledisplay,PlasmaDisplayPanel(PDP),hasbeenfoundit
