2、twhenthesaturatedoutputpowerisbackedoff6dB,PAEisreducedto25.5%.WorkinginKubandthathasveryhighfrequency,thePAEofthedesignedDohertypoweramplifieris12.5%higherthanthatofthebalancedpoweramplifieranditshowsthatthedesignedDohertypowerhasagoodperformance.Theresultsofthesimulationshowthat

3、thedesignedDohertypoweramplifierhasachievedtheexpectedspecifications.Duringprocessingandtesting,firstly,mainpoweramplifierinthepowerstageofthedesignedDohertypoweramplifierisprocessed.Thenacircuitisdesignedthatusedforpower-onsequenceprotectionusingAltiumDesignersoftware.Whenpoweram

4、plifieristested,thetransistorcanbeprotectedeffectivelywiththeprotectioncircuit.Then,basedonthesizeofmainpoweramplifierandensuringnotgeneratingself-resonantfrequency,ashiedcaseusedtotestpoweramplifier,shiedelectromagneticanddissipateheatisdesignedusingAutoCADsoftware.Thenthemainpow
