3、thedesignedDohertypoweramplifierhasachievedtheexpectedspecifications.Duringprocessingandtesting,firstly,mainpoweramplifierinthepowerstageofthedesignedDohertypoweramplifierisprocessed.Thenacircuitisdesignedthatusedforpower-onsequenceprotectionusingAltiumDesignersoftware.Whenpoweram
4、plifieristested,thetransistorcanbeprotectedeffectivelywiththeprotectioncircuit.Then,basedonthesizeofmainpoweramplifierandensuringnotgeneratingself-resonantfrequency,ashiedcaseusedtotestpoweramplifier,shiedelectromagneticanddissipateheatisdesignedusingAutoCADsoftware.Thenthemainpow
