1、我国个人信用档案体系研究摘要个人信用档案是随着我国经济发展而形成的一种新的档案形式。它是档案和经济界目前研究的新课题，它的体系建设受到全社会的关注。建立我国个人档案体系必须明确信用的含义以及个人信用档案的内涵、档案内容的分类，建立个人信用档案体系的模式等等。这些问题包括以下几个方面的内容：第一，因地制宜的统一规划；第二，个人信用信息的科学采集，个人信用档案的建立；第三，对个人信用信息的加工处理；第四，利用计算机和通信网络技术，实现个人信用档案信息的共享；第五，制定个人信用考核评价指标体系，形成信用监督奖惩机制。最后
2、是个人信用档案体系与企业信用档案和政府信用体系的建设关系问题。笔者在讨论以上问题时，能结合本专业知识，从档案学、管理学角度来对构建系统进行分析、研究。把个人信用档案体系的构建置于整个社会信息化大背景下，作为国家信用体系建设的重要组成部分来加以把握和分析，笔者认为这是论文的创新点。目前我国个人信用档案体系的建设刚刚起步，任重而道远，其实际操作过程中仍然存在着许多未知的因素。相信随着政府部门的重视，国家经济建设的发展，个人信用档案体系的建设会越来越完善，它对社会的贡献也将日益显现出它的巨大作用。关键词：信用信用档案个人
