1、武汉理工大学硕士学位论文摘要科学分析不同时期我国社会阶层的状况，历来是中国共产党制定统一战线各项方针、政策的重要依据，也是建立、巩固和壮大统一战线的基本前提。改革开放以来，我国社会阶层构成出现了一些新的变化，突出表现在，原有的工人、农民、知识分子等基本社会力量发主变化和新的社会阶层的出现，这些新变化对新阶段统一战线的发展具有重大影响。改革开放以来，中国社会处在转型之中，即从传统的农业农村社会向现代工业城市社会转变，从高度集中的计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转变。只有科学分析社会阶层构成新变化及其影响，调节

2、社会各阶层之间的利益关系和各种矛盾，化消极因素为积极因素，才能准确揭示新阶段统一战线的地位和作用，才能准确界定新阶段统一战线的对象和范围，才能在新的形势下不断促进统一战线的发展与创新，使其在推动社会主义现代化建设、构建社会主义和谐社会等方面发挥不可替代的作用。本文从马克思主义统一战线思想和我们党处理社会阶层结构的基本经验入手，分析现阶段社会阶层构成新变化的现状，在归纳社会阶层构成新变化对统～战线的影响的同时，提出新阶段发展和壮大统一战线的措施和方针。关键词：阶层结构变化，统一战线，影响，对策。武汉理工大学硕士
