1、摘要抽油杆是有杆抽油设备中的重要部件,但经常因缺陷而发生失效事故。长期以来对其缺陷检测缺乏有效、可靠、高效的方法。在对检测的历史、现状进行充分调研的基础上,分析了抽油杆的缺陷形式,并给出了无盲区磁性检测系统的设计方案,论证了检测的运动方案、流程、数据采集方案及系统的布局。针对杆体和过渡区检测特点,基于线圈磁化的检测方法,深入研究了抽油杆两个部位检测的有效方法。在杆体检测方法中,详细讨论了线圈磁化原理、磁化器设计、传感器结构设计,给出了试验研究和定量检测分析结果;在过渡区检测方法中,论述了过渡区检测的磁化器设计、传感器结构设计,给出了试验研究结果和信号处理方法。结合杆体和过渡区检测方法研
2、究的结果,系统阐述了抽油杆无盲区检测系统的设计方法。对杆体及过渡区检测总成、系统的辅助机构、数据采集系统、自动控制系统进行了设计,制造出多台检测设备,给出了现场应用的实物图片和检测结果。实践表明,基于线圈磁化的抽油杆无盲区检测系统能够实现快速、自动、可靠的检测,检测系统在全国多家油田使用,并得到充分认可。关键词:抽油杆无损检测漏磁检测无盲区检测系统IIIAbstractSuckerrodisanimportantcomponentoftheequipmentsinoilextractionwithperch,andmalfunctionoftenoccursforitsdefects.
