1、摘要板性能的影响。通过实验得出了最优的工艺参数条件,即在导流介质尺寸为250mm×270mm、压实时间为15min、真空压力为-98kPa的情况下,制品的综合性能较佳,并且成型时间较为合理;单轴向纤维织物的拉伸、弯曲和冲击等力学性能均最好,双轴向(±45°)织物的力学性能相对最差,而双轴向(0°/90°)织物的综合力学性能较好,根据工程应用中对复合材料制品强度等性能的具体要求来选用纤维织物相应的编织方式和铺层设计,以满足工程要求。关键词:真空辅助树脂传递模塑;玻璃纤维;不饱和聚酯;浸润性能;力学性能II万方数据ABSTRACTABSTRACTGlassfiberreinf

4、mpositeswithVARTMprocesshasbeenstudiedsystematically.Effectofprocessingparametersonresinflowbehaviorandmechanicalpropertiesalsohasbeeninvestigatedinthispaper.Thepurposeistoprovidetheoreticalfoundationforshorteningthemoldingcycleandimprovingproductquality.Themaincontentsandresultsaresummar

6、esquality.Secondly,thegelexperimentoftheTH110-350Rvinylresinhasbeencarriedout.Itsdynamicviscositycharacteristics,isothermalviscositycharacteristicsandtheeffectoftemperatureongelcharacteristicshavebeenanalyzed,layingafoundationfortheVARTMprocess.Inaddition,testmethodsontheimpregnationprope
7、rtiessuchasdensity,fibervolumefractionandvoidscontenthavebeensummarized.Accordingtomechanicalpropertiesteststandards,samplepreparation,testingprocessandcalculationmethodontensile,bendingandimpactpropertieshavebeenintroducedrespectivelyaswell.Finally,thesampleshavebe
