2、号转导通路调节IL.8、Bcl.2、CyclinDl等下游因子的基因表达,而IL一8又可与相应受体结合,激活NF.rd3通路促进Bcl.2、CyclinDl等下游因子的基因表达,从而促进宫颈癌的侵袭和转移。综上所述,MIF过表达可上调IL.8、NF.r,B、Bcl.2、CyclinDl的表达并增强SiHa细胞增殖、侵袭迁移能力,这可能与NF.1(B信号转导通路相关,但有待进一步证实。本实验可能为研究早期宫颈癌浸润转移的分子机制提供线索,为早期基因诊断提供一个有效的标志物。关键词:巨噬细胞移动抑制因子;基因转染;IL一8;NF—KB;细胞增殖山西医科大学硕一Ij学位
