7、用于逻辑分析仪的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。概述逻辑分析仪从原理上分为逻辑信号的定时分析与逻辑信号的状态分析。逻辑分析仪具有多数据通道与多同步时钟的特点,可以方便地分析数字电路的逻辑时序。逻辑分析仪通过多路逻辑探头输人数据信号,以逻辑“,1,,"00显示数据状态。能以多级触发方式采集数据,可以状态列表方式显示测试数据,也可以波形方式显示采集数据。逻辑分析仪是设计、调试及修理数字电路及设备的有效工具。3计,性能要求3.1最高时钟速率:定时分析:100MHz;状态分析:50MHz;3.2可检测最窄毛刺信号宽度:0.5ns;3.3数据建立时间:(0一5
