1、摘要3重钢公司1350m高炉的建成带来大量高炉煤气的富余,现有热力设备不能消化富余煤气,直接排入大气不仅污染环境而且浪费了宝贵的二次能源,急需建设利用富余煤气发电系统。本文对可用于发电的富余煤气进行了能量计算,对可选发电方案的两套方案进行了经济分析和生产组织配套对比,最终确定了全烧高炉煤气的汽轮发电方案。高炉煤气具有极低热值、剧毒、易爆等特性,所以全烧高炉煤气汽轮发电系统的关键在于解决高炉煤气燃烧的不稳定和炉膛容易爆燃的技术难题。本文详细分析了高炉煤气的燃烧特性,将燃烧器设计成双旋流燃烧器及并采用多层四角切圆布置方式;根据高炉煤气
2、的燃烧反映机理和点火理论在炉膛中间设计了炉内蓄热稳燃装置;设计了炉膛安全保护系统,这些保证了全烧高煤汽轮发电系统的安全、稳定运行。研究内容还包括对试生产过程中出现的实际问题进行分析和整改。最后还对整个系统进行了经济评价和社会效益分析。关键词:富余高炉煤气,不稳定燃烧,锅炉,汽机,设计和整改。IABSTRACT3Massiveextrablastfurnacegas(BFG)comesupwiththe1350mblastfurnacecompletioninChongqingSteelWorksCorporation,anditi
