1、合肥工业大学硕士学位论文高职院校辅导员队伍建设的现状及对策分析姓名：黄学文申请学位级别：硕士专业：马克思主义原理和思想政治教育指导教师：黄志斌20080501高职院校辅导员队伍建设的现状及对策分析摘要高职院校辅导员是高职生思想政治教育的骨干力量，在加强高职院校思想政治教育工作，推进高职院校和谐发展的进程中，发挥着十分重要的作用。然而，长期以来，由于高职院校辅导员队伍建设的滞后，配备不完善，队伍不稳定，结构欠合理，总体素质不高，认同感不强，专业化、职业化的程度不高，这些因素极大地影响了高职院校思想政治教育工作的效果。因此，在新的教育形势下，大力加强高职院

2、校辅导员队伍建设，不断增强辅导员的职业精神，提升职业素养就显得尤为重要和紧迫。本文根据和谐理论、创新理论、需要层次论和可持续发展理论，运用高等教育学、管理学、心理学、社会学等学科的相关原理，采用问卷调查法、系统分析法、个案分析法和对比分析等方法，按照“提出问题一分析问题一解决问题”的基本思路，系统梳理了国内外相关文献的研究脉络，并进行了简短述评。在此基础上简要论证了高职院校辅导员职业精神和职业素养的内涵，集中探究了加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设，增强高职院校辅导员职业精神，提升职业素养的具体途径和方法。通过研究得出以下三个重要结论：第一，增强高职院校辅导员
