1、河北大学硕士学位论文河北省临港产业集群发展研究姓名：李艳申请学位级别：硕士专业：统计学指导教师：刘树20080501摘要随着经济全球化的不断推进和产业转移的加快进行，港口的枢纽作用越来越明显。我国各港口城市利用地理优势竞相发展临港产业和外向型经济，有力带动了这些地区经济的飞速发展。但是，作为沿海大省的河北省，目前港口建设及临港产业的发展却相对滞后，港口经济对全省经济增长的拉动作用仍不明显。因此，必须加大港口开发力度，积极发展临港产业，通过港口建设推动河北省经济的健康快速发展。首先，本文综合论述了产业集群的相关理论，以此作为本文研究的理论基础。第二，．进一步阐述了临港产业集群的内涵

2、与特征，并对日本、韩国和我国浙江省、山东省临港产业集群的形成过程及存在的差异进行比较，为河北省临港产业集群的发展提供丰富的经验借鉴。第三，从河北省主要港口发展现状入手，分析了河北省发展临港产业集群的战略意义，并在区域框架下探讨我省发展临港产业集群的思路和定位，最后指出制约因素和机遇。第四，以调整后的河北省2002年42部门投入产出表数据为基础，结合波特理论选取了12个指标进行因子分析，评价河北省临港产业集群发展程度，并对2005年和2006年的数据进行对比，指出河北省当前临港产业集群建设中存在的问题。最后，结合当前的经济形势从河北省临港产业集群的主要经济主体、构建创新性产业集群以
