1、3.对绿鳍马面纯的早期生活史和苗种人工培育技术进行了研究。使用绿鳍马面纯亲鱼为经人工驯化的野生成鱼,经营养强化和人工生殖调控后形成自然产卵。使用经沙滤的自然海水培育,前期仔鱼培育水温为21"--'22℃,之后缓慢升高至24"-'25℃,适量充气,培育光照1000"-'20001x。仔鱼转入培育池后即向水体中加一定量小球藻,3dph投喂牡蛎幼体作为开口饵料,8dph开始投喂轮虫,19dph开始投喂卤虫无节幼体,32dph开始投喂人工配合饲料,60dph左右可开始投喂新鲜贝肉、乌贼肉。描述了仔、稚鱼各
2、发育时期的形态特征,并测定生长参数。绿鳍马面纯早期生活史如下:O~2dph为卵黄囊仔鱼,营内源性营养;3dph开口摄食,7dph出现鳔器官,3"-'18dph为前弯曲期仔鱼;19dph脊索末端向上弯曲,19一-24dph为弯曲期仔鱼,25dph尾鳍健全,25"--39dph为后弯曲期仔鱼;40dph各鳍的鳍条发育健全,全身被鳞,进入稚鱼期。本研究还描述了在仔稚鱼发育过程中体表色素的分布及形态变化、吻部、背鳍棘、腰带骨+腹鳍和尾部的发育、变化过程,纪录了眼径、下颌长等特征的发育变化。对仔稚鱼的生长特
