1、3．对绿鳍马面纯的早期生活史和苗种人工培育技术进行了研究。使用绿鳍马面纯亲鱼为经人工驯化的野生成鱼，经营养强化和人工生殖调控后形成自然产卵。使用经沙滤的自然海水培育，前期仔鱼培育水温为21"--'22℃，之后缓慢升高至24"-'25℃，适量充气，培育光照1000"-'20001x。仔鱼转入培育池后即向水体中加一定量小球藻，3dph投喂牡蛎幼体作为开口饵料，8dph开始投喂轮虫，19dph开始投喂卤虫无节幼体，32dph开始投喂人工配合饲料，60dph左右可开始投喂新鲜贝肉、乌贼肉。描述了仔、稚鱼各
