1、摘要数控车削程序的编制过程具有经验性和动态性,可靠性难以保证。有针对性的开发数控模拟编程器,检验手工编制的Nc程序并进行动态仿真加工,具有很好的生产、教学及培训价值。本文研究开发的是在、vindows下安装的,用vB6.O语言编写的华中系统数控车削模拟编程器。论文以华中系统数控车床为仿真对象,重点探讨了仿真系统自动运行数控加工程序的动态演示及其实现技术,具体包括:用二维图形模拟显示实心或空心毛坯;提供七种常用的车削刀具,通过刀具图片背景色透明处理解决双边车削等问题;针对数控程序的译码处理和插补功能,研究开发了译码
2、模块、直线插补和圆弧插补模块。加工仿真测试结果:系统具有比较友好的数控车床操作界面,能实现G00、G01、G02、G03、G32等准备功能和M03、M04、M05、M98、M99等辅助功能以及换刀指令等基本指令的动态仿真,既能进行外圆的模拟加工也能实现孔的切削加工。结果表明:本文系统能有效地检验由基本指令构成的数控车削程序的正确性,满足数控人才培训的基本需要。关键词:数控车削;仿真加工;数控程序检验;vB语言Abstl.actsequcnceprogrammingforanumericaIlycontroIIed
