1、聚芳醚砜的功能化与性能研究1得光敏磺化聚芳醚砜接枝共聚物CMPSF-HC-g-PSSA。主要通过HNMR对聚合物的结构进行表征,并分析反应温度、反应时间以、单体加入量以及助催化剂对聚合物离子交换容量的影响。结果表明,该ATRP反应的最适温度是130℃,反应时间越长,聚合物的离子交换容量越高。这样就为光敏磺化聚芳醚砜在燃料电池上的应用做了更加充分的理论支持。关键词:氯甲基化聚芳醚砜,ATRP,光交联,磺化聚合物,离子交换膜II中南民族大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTPolusulfone(PSF)asonekindofhighperformancem

3、in,firsttosynthesizetheCMPSFbychloromethylation,thenCMPSFreactwiththreekindsofphoto-sensitivegroupstogetthephoto-sensitivepolysulfone,atlastthesulfonicgroupsaregraftedintothepolymerintwodifferentmethods.Theyarefourpartsinthispaper.1.WeusedBlancchloromethylationtomaketherigidit
4、ypolysulfonehaveactivegroups.ThechloromethylationusethechlorinemethyletherasthechlorinemethylationreagentandadoptingZnCl2ascatalyststogetthechloromethylatedpolysulfone(CMPSF).Wecanchangethereactionconditiontogainthebestreactionconditions.WesynthesizeserieskindsofCMPSFwithdiffe
5、rentchloromethylationratiosforthenext1reactionwiththefunctionalmonomers.ThepolymerswerecharacterizedbyFT-IR,HNMRanddifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC).2.Threedifferentkindsofphotosensitivemonomers4-hydroxychalcone,cinnamicacidand4-hydroxyethylchalconereactedwiththeCMPSFwhicht
6、hechloromethylationratiosis50%.WecangetthreekindsofphotosensitivepolymersCMPSF-HC,CMPSF-CMAandCMPSF-HECwiththephotosensitivegroupsintheside-chain.Theresultingpolymersexhibitedgooddissolvabilityandhighphotosensitivity.CMPSF-HCshowsthemaximumextentofphotoreactionforthepolymerfil
