3、pectrumofUPLCbeforeandafterextractincubatedwithE.colirespectivelyfromhouseflylarvaeproteinandfermentedsoybeanproteinbyLactobacillusplantarumLP6,thedisappearpeptidesnamedHLP7、HLP8、FSP6、FSP8、FSP9.AllthepeptideswaspurifiedbyRP-HPLC.Theantibacterialassayofthesepeptidesshow
4、edthatonlythepeptideswhicharedisappearedcaneffectivelyinhibitedthegrowthofbacterialpathogensEscherichcoliATCC25922,BacteriumpyocyaneumATCC27553,Salmonellatyphimurium50013,Shigelladysenteriae,Staphylococcusaureus6538andBacillussubtilis9372,andEscherichcoliJM109.Themetho
5、dcanberapidselectantimicrobialpeptidesfromtwomaterials,thismethodcangreatlyreducetheexperimentalperiod.TheantimicrobialactivityresultsofdifferentHPLCfractionsfromlarvaeproteinandfermentedsoybeanproteinshowedthatantimicrobialactivitieswillincreasedwhentheiraveragehydrop
6、hobicityincreased.ThesequencesofthesepeptideswereidentifiedbyMAFSPI-TOF/TOF-MS,theresultareKPPLNGPAL、QPVYHWYWH、VVTSSSLP、RMRLLLRRKGGQandRVLLLPAFAEK,allthesepeptidesmaybenewantimicrobialpeptides,andthepossiblereasonsofthecomponentswhichwasnotdisappeareddidnothaveantimicr
7、obialactivity,weretheaveragegrandaveragehydrophobicityvalueistoolow,didnothaveenoughpositivecharge,orthehydrophobicityandchargenumberwasnotinabalance.Calculatethegrandaveragehydrophobicityvalueof103knownantimicrobialpeptides,mostaveragehydrophobicityarelocatedin-1.0～0.
