1、及南部近岸水域,水深较浅,流速普遍很弱,水体呆滞,稀释扩散能力极弱,因此莱州湾顶部区域的存贮容量和输移容量都是比较低的。莱州湾余环流分布形势表明,在湾口东部,余流较强,海水交换比较活跃,水体的物理自净能力较强。其它水域余流普遍较弱,特别是湾顶部,余流极弱,对通过河口排放的污染物质的输运扩散极为不利。莱州湾海水中COD主要受虞河和小清河排放的影响,无机氮主要受小清河排放的影响。根据莱州湾海域的功能区划,近岸水质按二类标准计算,河流入海通量取1991年值。虞河COD的允许入海量为1017.290t/a,达标削减量为21649.01t/a,削减率为95.51%。小清河COD的允许入海量为121

5、theprojectteamhasimplementedtwoinvestigationsofmarineenvironmentpresentsituationofLaizhouBayseparateinJuneandSeptember2001,andinthisfoundation,theprojectteamcalculatesthepermissionquantitytodumppollutants,thereducedquantityandreductionrateofthemainriversflowingintotheLaizhouBaythroughtheLaizhouBa
6、yhydrodynamicprocessandthemechanismofpollutantproliferatingsimulation,unifyingtheLaizhouBayfimctiondelimit.ThemainpollutantofLaizhouBayisCOD,theinorganicni廿ogen(DIN)andtheinorganicphosphate(DIP),theoilandthevolatilityphenolalsoexceedthestandardanddisplayspace-timediversity.InJune,themainpollutant
