1、中文摘要在社会转型的背景下，大量的农民工已经流入城市，并且将有更大规模的农民转移到城市，流动人口从农村向城市的流动，绝不是简单的空间地理学意义上的位移，而更多的是一次从思想观念到行为方式、从心理意愿到制度形态的全方位的转型与变迁。这场转型与变迁不仅是流动人口全景式的生存图景变迁，更是一次复杂而深刻的社会适应过程。因此，研究进城农民工的适应问题，不仅是民工潮研究中的一个核心问题，对我国的城市化、现代化的实施也具有现实意义。另外，河南是一个以农业为主的人口大省，2005年河南省外出打工人数达到1557万人，

2、占全国劳务输出数量的l／8，所以以河南籍农民工作为调查的对象更具代表性和研究的价值。本研究试图从农民工城市化，即在城市中继续社会化，适应并融入城市的角度，运用城市化、现代化、同化、边缘化、社会歧视及移民理论等来分析河南籍农民工城市适应性问题。并且认为该问题按构成要素来讲有冲突、适应和融合三个要素：从事物发展的时间角度来讲也分为这样三个过程，其中冲突是现存问题、适应是调试过程、融合是最终的趋势。在分析了冲突、适应、融合三个进程之后，进一步分析促进最终融合的路径：政策保障、社区化管理、教育引导、互助交流、非
