1、摘要拟建的港珠澳跨海大桥一桥飞架香港、珠海、澳门三地，兰地有关工程建设与管理的法规制度存在差异，这给大桥建成后运营管理带来了难题。本文通过对三地公路桥梁运营管理现状的分析，找出了三地运营管理模式的主要差异。并运用管理学基本知识，从大桥运营管理需求的角度确定了港珠澳跨海大桥运营管理应遵循的原则。建立了大桥运营管理模式的价值判断体系，设立了价值判断指标，并进行了对比分析，在此基础上，研究确定了大桥运营管理模式上的几个重点内容。在对大桥运营管理体制的研究上，分析了三地体制差异对大桥运营管理可能带来的影响，并
