4、sterfabricwithalkaliatlowconcentrationandusingplasmaoflowtemperature.ThecompositeconductivefabricWasthenpreparedby/ns/tupolymerizationtoformpolyanilinelayersonthesurfaceofpolyesterfabric.Themaininfluencingfactorsofpretreatmentwhichhavebeenstudiedincludeconcentrationofalkali,alkalideweightin
5、gtime,alkalideweightingtemperature,andthepressure,power,processingtimeoflowtemperatureplasma.Theinfluenceofthesefactorsonthesurfaceresistivityofcompositeconductivefabrichasbeenestablished.Meanwhile,fortheprocessofinsitupolymerization,theconcentrationofmonomer,concentrationofammoniumpersulfa
6、te,oxidationreactiontime,andthetypeandconcentrationofdopingacidhavealsobeeninvestigated.AlkalideweightingwithNaOH(20g/L)at90℃for90minutesandlowtemperatureplasma(300w'30Pa,4minutes)weretheoptimumconditionsforpretreatment./nsitupolymerizationwasbestcarriedoutwithammoniumpersulfate(0.0259/m1)a
