1、摘要在当今纺织机械发展趋势中,清梳联是个必然过程,而起连接作用的喂棉箱在清梳联中有着重要的作用。清梳联喂棉箱喂入梳棉机的筵棉的不匀程度,直接影响到梳棉机生条条干的不匀率。而筵棉的不匀,主要是由于喂棉箱的结构和工艺造成的。因此,如何改进和优化喂棉箱的结构和工艺,进而最大限度的提高筵棉的均匀性,一直是纺织工业所研究的问题之一。本文介绍了清梳联喂棉箱的发展历程和国内外研究现状,详细分析了喂棉箱的结构和工艺,并对比分析了国内外主要喂棉箱的结构,指出各种结构的优缺点,以及实际生产运用中工艺参数的合理调节范围。本文从梳棉机的
2、除杂原理出发,介绍了梳棉机的除杂过程,并通过与梳棉机除杂结构的对比,确定了喂棉箱中的除杂机构的设计方案。喂棉箱中增加除杂机构,既是创新点,也是亮点。本文在综合分析的基础上,提出了新型喂棉箱的发展方向和具体设计方案。该方案在满足梳棉机高质高产需求的同时,解决或避免了现有喂棉箱日常应用中普遍存在的粘、缠、挂、堵、漏等问题。为了验证新型喂棉箱结构的合理性,成功的制作了样机,并进行了过棉试验,结果表明,该样机符合设计要求。最后,本文从清梳联整条生产线的角度出发,指出新型喂棉箱不仅提高了本机的单机性能,还能够满足清梳联“高
