1、就成为刑事诉讼发展的一个重要的方向。以刑事审判视角的考察为基础提出中国审判组织制度的改革之路，就是笔者研究的主旨所在。笔者主要从审判组织的基本理论出发，分析几种常见的审判组织形式和类型，简要介绍国外发达国家的审判组织及其存在条件，着重概括我国现行审判组织存在的主要问题，进而根据相关理论及相关实践提出改革和完善我国审判组织制度的意见和建议。关键词：审判组织，独任庭，合议庭，审判委员会，改革ⅡRESEARCHONTHEREFORMOFCHINA’SJUDICIALORGANIZATIONSYSTEM～THEVIEWPOINT0FCRIMINALJ町STICEABSTRACTExercisin
