1、重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要汽车产业是国民经济重要的支柱产业，产业链长、关联度高、就业面广、消费拉动大，在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用。为应对国际金融危机的影响，落实党中央、国务院保增长、扩内需、调结构的总体要求，稳定汽车消费，加快结构调整，增强自主创新能力，推动产业升级，促进我国汽车产业持续、健康、稳定发展，国务院制定了汽车产业调整和振兴规划。基于环境和能源的压力，新能源汽车成为当前汽车行业发展的重要方向。煤和石油的大规模使用，造成了20世纪70年代的环境灾难，促使工业化国家加强环保意识。一方面，环境的压力迫使各国政府控制汽车污染物的排放，客观上促进了汽车生产商发

2、展和应用新技术，以控制空气污染物的排放；另一方面，石油是一个国家的重要战略物资，是一种稀缺物资，石油危机将会越来越严重；加之随着世界汽车保有量的大幅增长等等因素，导致新能源汽车产业化势在必行。这，无疑将会给电力系统尤其是供电系统带来前所未有的挑战和机遇。本文，在总结当前电动汽车发展趋势，分析电力系统现状的基础上，通过情景分析，预测了电动汽车产业化可能会对电力系统产生的影响，并提出了电力系统适应这一趋势的适应性对策。主要内容包括：①电动汽车发展趋势及保有量的估算；②当前电力系统基本状况及发展趋势预测；③电动汽车总体电能需求的估算；④电动汽车电能供需关系分析；⑤电力适应性对策关键
