1、我国社会转型时期社会资本与政治发展问题研究中文摘要上个世纪90年代以来，社会资本及其应用逐渐成为社会学、经济学、政治学等多个学科普遍关注的热点问题和前沿问题。社会资本既是被各学科广泛使用的跨学科概念，也是各国学者用来解释社会发展的新范式。但各个学科学者在运用此范式来研究中国问题时，都遇到了这样一些问题：由于对社会资本的概念界定不一，所应用的分析框架不同，对其内在运行机制认识不够清楚，对其理论前提理解不够明晰。这些导致他们在对不同阶段的中国社会资本研究不够深入，对社会转型期中国社会资本的状况认识不够全面。此

2、外，笔者发现学者们在运用社会资本解释中国政治问题的时候，局限于解决某一个具体问题，比如民主发展、公民社会建设、政治稳定等。目前为止没有系统的，从全局把握社会资本与政治发展的关系的文章。本文在此做一个尝试，试图论述社会资本与政治发展的关系。本文在对社会资本理论进行一个系统阐述的基础上，从三个阶段分析各阶段社会资本的形态，并分别分析了各个阶段社会资本与政治发展的关系。在着重分析转型时期社会资本形态与政治发展关系问题后，本文提出了构建现代社会资本的路径选择。希望通过政府的主导性作用，以及城市社区、农村社区的辅助
