1、重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要供应链是企业知识增长和价值创造的重要源泉，在供应链中实施知识管理是提高供应链整体运行效率的有效措施。知识共享与传播是供应链知识管理的核心内容。本论文研究了供应链企业间的知识共享问题，并从交易的角度建立了供应链企业间的知识交易模型，提出了基于知识交易的供应链企业间知识共享策略，对于实现供应链企业间的知识共享与知识交易，增加供应链整体知识容量，加强供应链整体知识创新能力，进而提高供应链的竞争力具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。论文首先分析了供应链中的知识类型和供应链企业间的知识流动方式，研究了影响供应链企业间知识共享水平的因素

2、，论述了供应链企业间知识共享的模式，并在此基础上建立了供应链企业间知识共享过程模型。其次，论文从知识交易的角度，分析了供应链企业间知识市场存在的可能性，对供应链知识市场的组成要素、价格体系、市场信号等进行了研究，分析了供应链企业间知识市场的运行模式。并利用委托－代理理论研究了供应链企业间的知识交易过程，建立了供应链企业间的知识交易模型，分析了知识交易主体意愿、知识交易能力和知识交易外部环境对供应链企业间知识交易的内在影响。最后，论文提出了基于知识交易的供应链企业间知识共享策略。包括基于交易主体意愿的知识共享策略、基于交易能力的知识共享策略和基于交易外
