1、摘要近年来，安全文化建设不断地受到各行各业的重视，尤其是电力企业已经开始尝试将安全文化融入到安全管理工作中，为了达到电力企业的本质安全的目标。作为电力企业文化建设的重要组成部分，电力企业安全文化体系建设研究具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。针对目前我国在电力企业安全文化建设方面的尚处于起步阶段，未形成较为完整的体系，本论文通过对国内外知名企业的安全文化建设成就分析，并结合马莲台发电厂的生产实际，运用科学的方法对电力企业的安全文化体系建设进行了初步的研究，为马莲台发电厂安全文化的构建提供一种新的思路。在电力企业安全文化体系建设现状进行研究的基

2、础上，首先对电力企业安全文化进行了较为详细的剖析，初步构建了建设有中国特色的电力企业安全文化建设思路，并采用杜邦分析法，安全心理学等理论知识对其进行了创新和补充，最终确定电力企业安全文化建设的纲要。之后进行了电力企业安全文化建设有效性，可行性的研究；最后对马莲台发电厂企业安全文化纲要的实施效果给予预期展望；可对该厂持续改进安全文化建设提供一定的参考。作为一种尝试性的研究与探讨，本文尚存在一些缺陷和不足，需要今后作进一步的研究和探讨。关键词：电力企业，安全文化，安全心理学AbstractInrecentyears，theconstruct
