1、对外经济贸易大学硕士学位论文我国水运行业国际竞争力比较研究姓名：张华申请学位级别：硕士专业：国际贸易学指导教师：朱明侠20071101中文摘要随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立以及我国加入WTO，世界市场向中国敞丌大门，中国各行各业也面临着来自全球的竞争，传统的计划经济和管理模式被打破。水运作为现代综合运输体系的重要组成部分，对国民经济的发展起着至关重要的作用，也面临着越来越激烈的竞争。针对国内经济贸易发展对水运的需求以及世界海运业的发展趋势，迫切需要加快水路运输事业健康发展以适应国家宏观发展目标对于水运发展的需求。本文通过回顾我国水运发展历史．根据波特竞争优势理论中的钻石模

2、型，分别从水运发展的生产要素、市场需求条件、水运相关产业及企业结构、企业战略等多个角度进行水运国际竞争力的比较。通过比较分析，我们可以清楚地看到我国水运行业取得了显著的成绩，具有一定的竞争力，但竞争优势并不明显，水运结构有待于调整，装备设施有待于改善，服务质量有待于提高。基于此，本文提出了提高我国水运国际竞争力的相关建议和对策。关键词：水运行业，国际竞争力，埘策与建议AbstractWiththeestablishmentofthesocialismmarketeconomysystem，ChinaenteredWTOin2001，thedooroftheworldmarke
