2、hicle-license-platelocation．Itdoessomedeepresearchandattemptsseveralmethods．Wehopetofindsomelocationmethodsthathavellighlocationaccumcyandgreatcomputingspeedbytheresearch．Firstly，thelocationmethodoflicense-platebasedonlinescanningisresearched．Aftersubtractingbetweentwoadjacent

3、pixelsinabinarizationimage，theimagebecomealledgeimage．Thenscanningtheedgeimagewiththemethodoflinescanning,wewillfindthelicenseplateareabasedonthecountofleapandthedistancebetweentwocharactersinthelicenseplatearea．ThemethodisimplementedwimVisualC++6．0．Secondly,thelocationmethodo
