1、颂}‘论文EJ腐真菌处理焦化废水的实验研究摘要实验采用“物化处理法一厌氧处理一好氧处理一白腐真菌处理法”相结合的方法对某钢铁厂在生产过程中所产生的焦化废水进行了处理。白腐真菌处理焦化废水的最佳条件是:当白腐真菌经过驯化后,最佳pH值为原水的pH值,即pH--8.84,经过10天处理,可使原水COD从2545.08mg/L减少到665.74mg/L:而用一般菌种进行厌氧和好氧处理时,经厌氧8天处理后,出水COD从2689.72mg/L降低到2531.50mg/L,去除率仅为6.42%。厌氧处理的废水再通过10天的好氧处理后,出水COD从2690.01mg/
2、L减少到1049.19mg/L,去除率也仅为61.00%。研究中发现废水中氨氮对白腐真菌的抑制作用从实验的第六天开始出现,且当氨氮浓度高于300n口Ig/L时,抑制作用没有随着氨氮浓度的降低丽呈现明显的变化趋势;而当氨氮浓度低于300mg/L时,抑制作用随氨氮浓度降低而呈减弱趋势。白腐真菌与氨氮菌结合可以很好的发挥各自的优势,同时达到高效去除焦化废水中有机物浓度和氨氮的作用,经1l天处理,可使COD从3162.06mg/L降低到654.79m【g/L,去除率达到79.29%;氨氮从83.34mg/L降低到9.79m【g/L,去除率达到88.25%。经初步
3、实验分析,其相互作用机理为协同作用。.另外,由于氨氮菌对白腐真菌的抑制作用,物化预处理主要采用磷酸铵镁对废水中氨氮进行去除。通过条件试验,得出用磷酸铵镁法处理焦化废水中氨氮的最佳处理条件为:(1)药剂投加量(摩尔比):MgCl:·6H20:NH3一N:Na2HPO{·12H20=1.2:1:l;(2)pH值:9.75。去除效果为:氨氮从560.63mg/L降低到63.01mg/L,去除率为88.76%。关键词·焦化废水磷酸氨镁厌氧好氧白腐真菌氨氮菌’广',-l}硕}·论文白腐真菌处理熊化废水的实验研究AbstractThetreatmentprocess
