1、(之f78'r弓论文提要Rq／4本文选择了四种具有生物活性的海洋西松烷型二萜化合物(Preverecynarmin，Sinulariol—D，Sinularial．A，Sinularicacid．A)做为全合成目标分子，以方便易得的小分子化合物做为起始原料，经多步合成、分离、鉴定，首次成功地完成了天然产物Preverecynarmin的全合成及Sinulari01．D，Sinularial—A，Sinularicacid．A前体化合物的合成。得到以下结论：l、以低价钛诱导的二羰基前体化合物的分子内偶合烯化反应做为建立十四员碳环的环化方法，通过两条途径，开展TPreverec

2、ynarmin的全合成研究。第1条合成路线分别利用硫稳定的碳负离子与卤代烃和醛的取代及加成反应做为两次片断的偶联反应，以异戊二烯(5)和E一香叶醇(8)为起始原料，经九步反应合成了Preverecynarmin(1)的关键中间体(25)。第1I条合成路线是以E，E一法呢醇(13)为起始原料，经十步反应，首次成功的全合成TPerverecynarmin(1)。关键步骤是三甲基腈醇硅醚(11)与碘代物(10)的烷基化反应，硅醚(9)的区域选择性环氧化，前体化合物醛酮(2)通过低价钛诱导的分子内羰基偶合环化反应。2、以E一香叶醇(8)为起始原料，利用硫稳定的碳负离子与卤代烃的取代
