1、论精神文明建设在构建和谐社会中的作用摘要和谐社会，是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会．精神文明是人类社会文明的重要组成部分，是社会协调发展、全面进步的重要标志。社会主义精神文明是以崇尚和谐、追求和谐为基本价值取向的精神理念。除此之外，社会主义精神文明建设还为构建社会主义和谐社会提供了坚强的思想保证、有力的道德支撑、强大的精神动力和智力支持。随着社会主义改革开放不断深化，经济全球化浪潮不断高涨，社会规范逐步呈现复杂化的取向，在这样的一个新旧观念冲突、新旧体制交错、新旧利益调整
