1、汕头大学硕士毕业论文金玉林:大型红藻脆江蓠实验生态学初步研究8:1。同时,在最适宜的营养盐因子环境条件下,脆江蓠在生化组分(光合色素及可溶性蛋白)和抗氧化能力等方面都表现较好。而在海水总无机氮浓度过低、氮磷比过高以及NH+4-N在总无机氮中所占比例较低等条件下,都不利于藻体正常生长,会导致藻体营养不良、生长缓慢。3、脆江蓠在浅海栽培条件下,不同的栽培密度以及不同的栽培深度对其生长速率和产量的影响较大,实验表明合理栽培的夹苗密度为100g/2m,吊养深度为5cm。实际栽培生产中应该控制栽培密度过高并防止苗绳栽培深度过大。关键词:脆江蓠;环境因子;相对生长速率;生化组分;营养盐II汕

3、ntsuitability,fastgrowthandlargebiomass,G.chouaecanbeusedtoabsorbnitrogenandphosphorusinwater,torepairwaterofeutrophication,andtopreventredwaterbloom.Inordertograspoptimumtemperature,salinity,lightintensity,nutrientsandotherenvironmentalconditionsandexperimentalparametersforgrowthunderlaborat
4、oryconditions.Inthispaper,theeffectsofdifferentphysicalfactors(temperature,salinity,irradiance)andchemicalfactors(totalinorganicnitrogenconcentration,ratiosofnitrogenandphosphorus,ratiosofNO-+-3-N:NH4-N:NO2-N)ontherelativegrowthrate(RGR)ofG.chouaeandbiochemicalconstituentsincludedthecontentso
5、fphotosyntheticpigments,phycoerythrin(R-PE),phycocyanin(R-PC),theactivitiesofsupereoxidedismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)andthecontentofmalondialdehyde(MDA)wereinvestigated.Andmeanwhile,underthemodeofmarineaquiculture,effectsofdifferentculturaldensityandculturaldepthontherelativegrowthrate(RGR)ofG
6、.chouaewereinvestigated.Combiningtotheresultsofindoorecologyexperiment,weexplorethemostappropriateconditionforG.chouae,whichprovidetechnicalguidanceandthebasisforSeacultivationproduction.Theresultswereanalyzedbytheresultofdetermination,wearriveatthefollowingconclusion:1.Underlaboratoryconditi
