1、西南财经大学硕士学位论文X广电集团集团化组织机构改革的研究姓名：黄敏申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理指导教师：石磊20080601摘要在我国文化体制改革政策的支持下，面对行业自身的发展，以及国内、国外的因素的影响，广电行业集团化发展不可避免。因此建立适应广电行业集团化发展的组织结构显得尤为重要。X广电集团是是国有大型现代化传媒集团，属于企业化管理的事业单位。集团以广播、电视为主业，同时兼营相关产业。由于过去主要是事业单位管理，因此更多的突出了其事业化的工作。而成立集团化后，将主要业务区别事业化和产业化，分别建立了相适

2、应的管理机制，因此其集团组织结构也要与这种管理机制相适应。在此背景下，本文主要X广电集团在组织结构方面的问题，以集团组织结构重建为研究对象，结合公司战略目标，运用组织结构变革的理论再设计，使新的组织结构更加适应集团发展的战略目标。’本文正文共分为五个部分，第一部分主要论述了选题背景、研究意义以及本文的框架和创新点；第二部分为相关管理理论综述，介绍组织结构相关的理论和方法，为本为组织结构重新设计奠定理论基础；第三部分介绍了同行业其它广电集团的组织结构体系，以及X广电集团组织结构的现状和改革必要性；第四部分为对X广电集团
