1、兔慢性病窦综合征阳虚血瘀病证结合模型的建立及强心复脉颗粒的干预作用3.i虽心复脉颗粒对兔慢性病窦综合征阳虚血瘀病证结合模型的干预作用:给药后与模型组比较,强心复脉颗粒各剂量组体兔中医一般情况明显改善,表现在体重回升、精神好转、皮毛枯槁情况改善、但舌色改善不明显;中医证候量化指标方面,强心复脉颗粒高、中、低剂量组模型兔较给药前相比较,体温回升、呼吸频率减慢、心率增快、游泳距离及速率增加,差异有显著性(P2、药后肛温与模型组无明显差异(P>O.05),呼吸频率较模型组低(P0.05),红细胞聚集指数较模型组低(P<0.05);强心复脉高、中、低剂量组全血30切、200切与模型3、组比较差异不明显(P>O.05),全血l切、5切、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数均较模型组低,差异有显著性(P4、较,其成功率及存活率更高,损伤更小,模型稳定,且其中医证候属于阳虚血瘀病证,符合中医临床阳虚血瘀证的诊断标准,是可行可靠的慢性病窦综合征阳虚血瘀病证结合模型。且强心复脉颗粒干预实验证实强心复脉颗粒能缩短兔慢性病窦综合征阳虚血瘀模型的AA『自J期、提高心率,减少窦房结损伤引起的心律失常,改善中医阳虚症状及反映血瘀程度的血液流变学指标,增强窦房结自律性及窦房结传导功能,对窦房结细胞组织形态亦能起到改善及恢复作用。强心复脉颗粒对兔慢性病态窦房结综合征阳虚血瘀证有明显的疗效。关键词:病态窦房结综合征;强心复脉颗粒;病证结合;实验研究;电生理3ofQiang5、xinFumaigranuleonrabbitmodelcombinedsicksinussyndromewithyangdeficiencyandblood-stasissyndrome、Methods:lToestablisharabbitmodelsicksinussyndrome:Thirtyfiverabbitsworerandomlydividedinto2groups(15foreachgroup):Theformaldehydewetdressing(FWD)grouprabbitSNDmodelWaSestablishedbyco6、ntactingacottonpatchwith20%formaldehydeonthesinusnodearea,theformaldehydepinpointwetcompressinginjection(FPWCI)grouprabbitSNDmodelwasestablishedbypinpointingandthenwetcompressingsinusnodewinlaself-madeelectrodeconnectinginjector.ModelSUCCC$$late,survivalratebothgroupwasevaluat7、ed,andtheA—Ainterval,thesinoatrialconductiontime(SACT),thesinusnoderecoverytime(SNRT),thecorrectedsinusnoderecoverytime(CSNRr)weremeasuredatdifferenttimepointsbeforeandafterrabbitmodelestablished.2.Toestablisharabbitmodelsicksinussyndromecombined、jIri廿lyangdeficiencyandblood-s8、tagissyndrome:TheTCMsyndromemodelWagestablishedbythemethodice
