1、摘要随着国内各行业对无缝钢管需求的增长，对其质量的保证已成为无损检测领域的重要研究课题。本文在对近年来国内外超声检测研究现状有一定了解的基础上，将机械、电气控制、计算机软件和超声波探伤技术相结合，实验研究无缝钢管的超声检测系统的关键参数。研究中，选择了钢管螺旋前进探头不动的检测运动方式和局部水浸的超声探伤形式。实验系统主要由检测跟踪机构、超声波发射与接收采集卡、超声波检测软件和计算机等组成。2通过比较分析选定频率为5MHz、12x20mm的晶片制作了线聚焦探头。理论分析了探头的性能和检测工艺参数，并通

2、过实验进行了验证，发现纵向探测时应偏离中心轴线垂直入射，偏心距离在9～23mm之间，横向探测时应沿轴线倾斜入射，斜入射角度为16～17°，水层厚度为50～70mm。通过理论计算和三维仿真，设计出超声检测装置，满足系列规格无缝钢管的检测，同时能够避开钢管两端的接头，关键的一点是，机构超声波的入射条件始终不变。最后，按照钢管的超声检测标准GB5777加工了三根样管，对整套检测系统进行了测试，获得满意的检测效果。关键词：超声波检测无缝钢管水浸法系统工艺测试Ⅰ华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractAlong
