1、AbstractThispaperanalyzesthepresentsituationandtrendofdevelopmentofthesewagetreatmentplantforupgradingofmunicipalwatertreatmentplants,analyzingqualityofwaterandTechnicalsolutionforWeinansewagetreatmentplantupgradingofmunicipalwatertreatmentplantsindetails.Byanalyzingtheactualityofwaterconsumptionan

2、dthedevelopmentofWeinan,wearepredictingtheeffluentwaterqualityandquantityinWeinansewagetreatmentplant.Comparedwithtwokindsofsewagetreatmenttechnologies,wearechoosingthebestsolutionbycomprehensiveanalysis.ThearticleintroducesmaindesignparametersandthetechnologycharacteristicsofWatertreatmentreactorf

3、orrecommendedprocess.Theresultisasfollows:(1)Throughthedata,thefirstphaseoftheconstructionincluding60000m3/dputintooperationformallyinDecemberof2006.Thesecondphaseoftheconstructionincluding40000m3/dputintooperationformallyinNovemberof2011.ThesuggestedassurancerateofWeinanWastewaterTreatmentPlantint

4、hisstudyis90percentages,theinfluentqualityisdeducedas477mg/L,320mg/L,275mg/L,40mg/L,45mg/Land4.18mg/LforCOD,BOD5,SS,NH3-N,TNandTPrespectively.(2)Accordingtowatertreatmentandwaterqualityrequirementsandconsideringthecurrentwastewatertreatmenttechnologyanddevelopmenttrend,incombinationwithtechnicaland

5、economicalindexandmanagementdifficultyischosenBAFasthemainresearchprogrammeforthispaperinthefinally(3)ItisakeystepthathowtochosetheadvancedtreatmentprocesstoensurethatthewaterformtheWeinansewagetreatmentmeetthestandardafterdecidingthetwostagebiologicaltreatment.Inthefinallywechoosetheadvancedtreatm
