2、原理设计的可控定量配注器可以实现分层注汽工艺技术的可控定量要求。为进一步认识可控定量配注器恒流阀阀内流场和确定维持恒流的压差范围,利用FLUENT流体力学软件对恒流阀内流场进行了数值模拟研究。研究结果表明:对于流体介质为水的阀内流动,最高流速出现在浮子与固定孔板之间的缝隙处,且在缝隙下游形成回流,下游区域发生流体分离现象,形成两个旋涡,消耗了主流运动的能量,导致压降和能量的降低;维持恒定流量Q=0.5m/h所需出、入口压差△p在900—7400Pa之间。关键词:恒流阀;恒流特性;FLUENT数值模拟中图分类号:TH137文献标
