1、ABSTRACTInthispaper,thepolyphenylenesulfidewasthebasicalfilmfoemation,inwhichthetwokindsofadditionsystemswerethecopperoxideproducedbyin-situreactionandthellano-CaC03modifiedbyorganic.Thepolyphenylenesulfidecoatingwithhightemperatureresistantandwear-resistingWasoptimizedb

2、ythedifferentformula,coatingtechnicsandperformancetesting.Theeffectsofdifferentmetalsurfacetreatmentmethods,Ti02contents,curingtimeandcuringtemperatureonthebondingstrengthofthebottomlayerwereinvestigated.Theaddition’Scompositioninthecoatingandcrystallinityofthecoatingwer

3、eanalyzedbyXRD.ThevariationofmoleculargroupsafterPPSbeencross—linkingedwereanalyzedbyFIRandthecross-linkingmechanismwasanalyzedwhenthecoatingWassolidified.ThethermostabilityandheatdecomposedtemperatureofthecoatingwasanalyzedbyDTA.ThetribologicalpropertyofthecoatingWastes

4、tedunderdryfrictionconditionandwaterlubricationcondition.ThefrictionandwearmechanismwasanalyzedbySEM.Themainconclusionsareasfollows:(1)Coatingandsubstratewerecombinedstronglywhenthesubbingwasfilled、)~,i也15wt.%Ti02andmetalsubstratesurfaceWasacid-washedandsilanetreated.The
