1、摘要中国是世界第二大煤炭储量国，第一大煤炭生产国。煤炭产业作为我国的支柱产业，对经济社会的发展具有重要的地位和作用，也对世界煤炭产业的发展产生了深远的影响。但是，煤炭产业发展过程中也存在着结构不合理、科技水平低、生产方式粗放、资源浪费严重、环境污染等问题，影响产业国际竞争力的提高。因而，进一步分析和研究煤炭产业的国际竞争力具有重大现实意义。在对煤炭产业的国际竞争力研究之前，本文先从国际竞争力的相关文献研究出发，对国际竞争力的理论基础及竞争力评价指标体系理论进行了阐述、归纳和总结，最终采用波特的钻石模型作为分析产业国际竞争力的基本模型。通过介绍我国煤炭的现状

2、，从影响特定产业竞争力的六因素出发，系统分析我国煤炭产业的国际竞争力。同时借鉴前人关于竞争力评价指标体系的研究，将定量研究与定性研究相结合，设计了我国煤炭国际竞争力指标评价体系，运用因子分析法对影响竞争力的权重指标进行组合，提取公共因子，最后计算因子得分对几个样本国家的煤炭产业国际竞争力进行排序，分析得出我国的煤炭产业竞争力。本文通过分析和评价中国煤炭的国际竞争力的现状，找出影响竞争力提升的关键所在，并提出相应对策。关键词：煤炭产业，国际竞争力，策略研究AbstractChinaisthesecondlargestcoalreservescountryan
