6、medigestion.TherecombinantplasmidWasthenintroducedintoAgrobacteriumtumefaciensstrainEHAl05byfreeze-thawmethod.ElectrophoresisresultssholwedthatrecombinantexpressionvectorpCAMBIAl304.cScBF3wassuccessfullyconstructedandintroducedintoEHAl05.Cotyledonnodeof‘Changchunmici’WastransformedbyAgrob
