1、ABSTRACTRecently,therearetoomanyheavyindustriesinHenanprovince，butthesetraditionalindustriestotheeconomicgrowthsignificantlyweakened，whichneednewindustrytotakeplace．Andproducerserviceswith”lowcarbon”and”high—value”characteristics，developingtheserviceind

2、ustry,especiallyproducerservicesplaysanimportantroleinthoroughlysolvingthestructuralproblemsunderfinancialcrisisfacinginHenan，occupationofindustrialdevelopmentstrategyafterthecrisis，thusrealizingthesustainableandhealthydevelopmentofHenanprovince．Asgreat

3、provinceofresources，populationandthetransportationcenter,theproducerserviceindustryinHenanprovincedoesnotmatchwiththeseadvantages，therefore，itisnecessaryforfBrtherstudyingtheproducerserviceindustryinHenanprovince，findingexistedproblemsinitsdevelopmentpr

4、ocessandthecorrespondingsolutions，providingfeasiblesuggestionsfortherapiddevelopmentofproducerserviceindustryinHenan．Firstly,thispaperanalyzesthetotalscaleofproducerserviceindustryinHenanprovinceandregionaldifferences．Onthewhole，GDPofHenanproducerservic

5、eskeepssteadytrendwithoutanybigfluctuations，around16％．Fromthedistributionofindustry,theGDPofproducerserviceinHenankeepsascendanttrendoverall，andtheoutputoftransport，storageandpostalservice，financialandinsuranceandrealestateindustryishigher,whereastheout

6、putofinformationtransmissionandcomputerservices，leaseandbusinessservice，scienceresearchandcomprehensivetechnicalserviceislow．Fromaregionalcomparisonanalysisperspective，thetraditionalproducerservicesinHenantakeupalargeproportionofservice．Emergingindustri
